Hey everyone – I’m a 23 y/o guy who just graduated college and landed a pretty lucrative job. Ever since graduating I feel like I’ve been missing challenge in my life. I started watching all kinds of sports to try to get inspired to try a new hobby. After seeing some videos of Nathan Chen, I’m super excited to try out figure skating. I have a lot of free time and cash to drop on getting as good as I can, and I am extremely determined and athletic. My goal is to be able to consistently land triple axels – is this a goal that’s possible for someone who hasn’t ever tried figure skating until their mid-20’s?
