Just curious everyone’s experience with this. I’ve been drilling and drilling off ice axels and on ice axels, and I think the off ice landings have been wrecking some havoc on my knees (specifically my landing knee). It kind of feels like a joint ache in my ankles and knees.Honestly, I think this comes from off ice and not on ice. Should I stop landing on one foot off ice to help this maybe? I often see professional figure skaters practicing off ice jumps only on two feet, but not sure if that helps.Do epsom salt baths help too?
