Hi everyone! I picked up skating again after quitting for 8 years and I’m back in a place where I’m trying to land my axel again. I can land it off ice, no problem. But when I bring it to the ice I have such a mental block! I had the same issue the first time around, but I’m determined to get it. A lot of the time I just can’t quite “go for it” and end up doing a once around instead. Any suggestions to get over mental blocks like this?
