I started working on my lutz about 3 weeks ago. I have been doing a ton of half lutzes and they feel decent. I have a good flip jump, and I know that the lutz is very similar to the flip after the take off, but I just can’t seem to get the full rotation. I think it’s a mental block. It’s right there, but I get scared and just do the half lutz every time.Any tips for getting the lutz?
