Questions about new figure skates

Previous post: I went to the pro shop at the rink I skate at and they told me they’d order a pair of skates in my size and if I didn’t like them I didn’t have to buy them. The clerk there recommended Jackson Freestyles. They arrived at the store a couple of days ago and I tried them on. Unfortunately the clerk who ordered my skates is one of the only guys there who does figure skates and he was out so no one could mount the blades, sharpen them, or punch them out. So I have to wait until he’s around. I tried them on anyway for about 10 minutes or so and the length of the boot is fine, and the heel is very secure, but on my right leg there’s a ton of pressure–very painful–on my ankle joint (medial malleolus) and on my left foot there’s a ton of pressure on the right side by the ball of my foot. After I took them off I could feel where they had been pressing for over an hour. Is this something I’m going to need to get punched out before I can wear them, or will it go away after they’re baked or after breaking them in?I am also wondering if this is actually too high level of a skate for me since this is apparently five levels up from what I’m currently wearing (which are basically the same model skate as rentals, just not rented).Thanks.
