What are some good excercises/practices before a lesson?

I have my first figure skating lesson in 3 to 4 days and I want to do some off ice and on ice excercise/practice that’s effective and helps with cordination, core strength and generally anything good that will promote good habits when learning! I do yoga which seems to help quite a bit with posture, balance, general body awareness, and strength, but I want to do more. Any tips or personal warmups that help?
